Meet Ryan
Ryan Litrich
Over the course of his 20+ years in commercial real estate, Ryan has represented clients in the sale of numerous investments, including anchored shopping centers, strip centers, single tenant properties, and many other asset classes, throughout the country. He has also negotiated ground leases and build-to-suits for national retailers, and executed leasing strategies and development of numerous single tenant and mixed-use projects.
While Ryan refined his craft in commercial investment brokerage at various national and publicly traded companies, he recognized that what truly makes him happy is helping the “family investor”, who needs and appreciates his guidance. He advises from a holistic perspective, making sure that each investment held, or in pursuit of acquisition, matches a particular client’s goals. As founder of REvolve Growth Partners, Ryan works with clients to evaluate and understand potential opportunities, as well as risks, associated with each investment decision.
Ryan graduated with honors from the University of San Diego, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, and received his Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He resides in Rancho Santa Fe, CA with his wife, two daughters, golden retrievers, and flock of chickens.
