Amanda Maggiano
Amanda specializes in identifying, and capitalizing on, lucrative opportunities within the ever-evolving landscape of commercial retail investments. She believes that every challenge presents an opportunity for upside, and will work tirelessly to ensure her clients’ acquisition and disposition needs are met. As an east-coast native, Amanda brings straight-forward and transparent communication to every transaction.
Amanda graduated from Susquehanna University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in Finance. Prior to calling San Diego home, she spent six years in Manhattan’s health and wellness space growing a boutique coaching business from the ground up. Today, Amanda lives in Del Mar with her dog, Tucker, and can be found spending the early morning hours in Encinitas riding her horse, Gunni.
